Suggestions for bottle refusal?

We are going on almost 2 weeks straight of bottle refusal with my 11 week old DD. 

 She took the bottle like a champ until she was about 6-7 weeks old.  Then we still kept trying with her, but she never really got back on board.  DD is home with my DH now, and she just won't take the bottle.  The past two days, he brought her to my office at lunch so she could eat something.  I'm starting to get worried.  My DS was a bottle hater too, but after 2 hard core days of refusal, he came around.

Any advice?  She took the medela calma like gangbusters, but acts like it gags her now.  She was so so on the tommee tippee, but took it, and now just pushes it around in her mouth.  I'm not sure it's really an issue with the type of bottle, but I'm willing to try something else!
