A question about poop

Hey all!  DD2 is following in the footsteps of DD1, she only poops about every 2-3 days and is exclusively on BM.  She had not gone poop since Sunday afternoon, until just this morning.  Almost 4 days.  She has been super fussy the past 2 days and when she went this morning, it wasn't the "runny" consistency it usually is, it was more like peanut butter and a super bright yellow color.  I can't seem to remember when DD1's stools changed to this pasty type stuff.  Normal, abnormal?  Do we think it's something to be concerned at all about?  TIA
