I think I am getting sick...with 3 weeks or less to go!

I woke up this morning with irritated sinuses and just feeling tired and achy all over...but not pregant achy. I REALLY HOPE this is just allergies but I feel like I a coming down with a cold.......and I feel like LO may make his appearance early. (Just a hunch) I do not want to be sick when I go into labor. I wish I could stay home from work and just rest.
