Nursing Bra Question

This may be a dumb question, but I am looking at nursing bras online, as I haven't found a single store that actually carries my size (or what I assume would be my size) in-store to try on.  Pre-pregnancy, I wore a 32 DD/ DDD.  Right now I am in a 34 DD/ DDD.  I have gained about 25 lbs (32 weeks) and my LO is sitting pretty high.   I know I will need to go up a cup size or more, but what band size should I order?  I am still on the tightest hook on the 34 (my 32 was just a little snug and I fell out of the cups).  I am afraid that if I lose weight that I may go back to a 32, but don't want it to be too tight that it affects my supply.  Any 2+ moms have experience with this?
