Food poisoning....ugh

I ate at home 90% of the time, been super careful all this pregnancy. I had to eat out for lunch and got a chicken salad sandwich (I Know: BIG MISTAKE so learn from it please).

It makes me upset that this place probably had the chicken salad just sitting there for long or not properly refrigerated.

It is 6 days after and still feel weak, nauseated and with headache.

Just wanted to pass this note about being careful when eating out. If I do I'll just go for fully cooked meals. Also no buffets bc food sits there for long too and to many people around it.

DS was born in April 2012 at 31 weeks - 45 days in NICU
