possible virus, slight temp, should I worry?

I'm 29 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I've been feeling very achy since last night. I do not have a runny nose or a sore throat. My temp has ranged from 99.5-100.1. I called my doctor and the covering nurse told me that I shouldn't worry too much. She said to just take tylenol, drink lots of water and rest. She said if my temp gets up to 102 then I should call my primary care physician. She thinks I just have a small virus. Although she says I'm fine I'm still worried, I'm paranoid I guess. Has anyone else gone through this? What was your experience? Should I worry?
