Compleate placenta previa

Hello everyone!  My name is ashley I am a mom of a two year old and have a second on the way.  Just went for a sono on thurs (16 weeks) that showed we are having a boy!!!  But also that I have complete placenta previa.  Have any of you had this? What can I expect?  Iv already had two small bleeds but did not know it was related until now.  Help! Im a bit overwhelmed with the news!
