its happening again...

my son was early at  35weeks due to me having high BP he was perfectly healthy and  actually weighed 7lbs 6oz..alot water weight though he lost 1lb in the week we were in hospital... anywhooo...i started this week my bp goes up everytime i stand to do anything i can take my bp it be 117/74   go load the washer walk thru the house come back take my bp again and it be 138/87  for example today... im eating everything low sodium or no salt i drink a ton of water...I go back to dr on monday and as bad as i hate to i think im gonna have to bring up going on med... I don't want this lil girl to be early and if its starting already it isn't looking good... i just want to make it till she will be ok and have no health issues...
