Question about the 4-6 hr rule

I know expressed milk can sit out that long, but does it make a differenece if LO drank from  the bottle?  Like, if I pump, and DH gives it to her right away, but leaves most of it, is the milk still good for the reaminder of the  4-6 hrs?  Or is it only good for 30 minutes after she touches the bottle... I can't find this answer anywhere.  TIA!
