Question about Breast Pain

Hello there!  During teething I started to get recurrent milk blisters.  Thankfully those have subsided.  But recently in the breast that most recently had the blister I have shooting pain in the side of my breast.  It is really uncomfortable. There is no visible blister and no engorgement from anything being plugged up like I have had before.  I don't see any red marks or lumps.  Any ideas or helpful hints?
