Milk Donation - Thoughts?

I recently have been turned onto the idea of milk donation, but I'm curious to know if anyone has been a donor or a recipient of donated milk? I'm just looking for anyone who has done it or anyone who has an opinion on it, good or bad. I have an oversupply and pump an extra 16 oz a day and it seems to be the best use for all of that extra milk (there isn't any more room in my freezer for my own personal stash), but I would rather make an educated decision about it before I commit to anything.
