I have heard that spicy foods, dairy, and onions can cause issues for LO, but are there others I'm not aware of? And are there foods that I should definitely be including in my diet? TIA!
EDIT: I guess I should say, I have been eating whatever I want because I had heard that doing that makes LO more likely to eat a variety of foods later. However, DS has been very fussy lately so I was thinking about cutting out some potentially problematic foods & slowly adding them back in one by one to see if I can find a culprit.
