Concerned ultra sound measurements

Just had my 36 week ultrasound and his head and tummy are in the 90th percentile and legs are 45th. Doctor not at all concerened but that seems quite disproportionate. He is 7 lbs. already and I carry to term we are looking at 8lbs! This is my frist.

Curious if anyone else has experience...
