Pain under my ribs/breasts, especially my right side :-(

For about 2 months I have been experiencing pain under my breasts/ribs, espeically the right side. It feels tight, almost like a pulled muscle. I have had gallbladder and liver blood tests and everything is perfect. I even went for an ultrasound and they checked my liver, galbladder and kidneys and everything looks perfect. No stones, nothing. My OBGYN has no idea why I'm feeling this pain and says that my uterus isn't high enough for that to be causing my discomfort. I'm 28 weeks now and it's very annoying. I constantly feel like I have to stretch it out. Is anyone experiencing this? What is it? How do you get relief?
