Ouch my ribs

Is anyone else having severe rib pain?

I had a a bad cold last week and coughed a lot, so I'm not sure if it is him or if it is maybe I strained something while coughing.. but I'm telling you, my ribs feel as if they are being stretched.

If it is him, is there any relief?  I am having a hard time sleeping and getting up and down out of chairs/cars etc
