Abdominal Pain?

Ive been experiencing moments of abdominal pain, rather sudden, lasting for a second or two, then lingering as a dull ache, usually on my left side and about half way up my bump.

What is this? At first I thought it was just movements, but thier different from kicks. Could they be Braxton-hicks? I thought those were painless...

Should I be concerned??
