TMI...Mucus in back of throat?

Anyone else have this? I have had it most of my pregnancy, but I am getting over a cold and it is worse. I get myself all worked up like I am going to choke because it is always there! It does get better at times, and I try Simply Saline and at times Sudafed. Anyone else? How do you cope? I think I am one of the lucky ones to get extra mucus in pregnancy. Almost to the finish line, but I am putting myself in a panic...with her still breech and pushing up, resulting in more difficult breathing, and this nasty stuff that is stuck I feel like I am going to suffocate!
