Anterior placenta and 3rd tri 3d/4d ultrasound?

Has anyone had a 3rd tri 3D/4D ultrasound with an Anterior placenta? Were you able to see LO's face? I have an anterior and have not done a 3rd tri ultrasound yet but did one in 2nd tri and we were unable to see his face because he was behind the placenta. I'm just wondering if you were able to see your LO's face at 3rd tri even if LO is behind the placenta?
