alot of weird back pains

i am almost 35 weeks pregnant according to my doctor. but i have this pain in my upper back that comes around to the front right under my breasts. it's been doing this for three days now. no matter how i sit, lay, or stand it just stays there. but that's not the only thing going on i have been having alot of pressure. and alot more braxton hicks contractions. and i feel like i have to use the restroom (#2) every thirty minutes. am i just worrying about nothing? or any advice to ease the pain and pressure even just a little?
