Months vs. Weeks of Pregnancy

I will be 29 weeks this Friday. Normally I would say to myself, that's 7 months, 1 week pregnant.

I had IVF, so I know exactly when my Day 0 began - Ovulation September 30, so Day 0 would be September 16th.

If I consier months as actual months, and not weeks, I won't even be 7 months until April 16th.

So when people ask me how far alogn am I, I shouldn't say 7 months until April 16th...right?
