3rd trimester...now what??

I am really happy to finally be in the final stretch of this pregnancy. I found myself thinking this morning...ok. Now what do I do? I have a tendency to rush and do things way before they need to be done, but I don't know how to tackle all the things I still need to do before she is born. I picked out paint colors for her room, but can't buy them till this weekend, I still don't have her furniture so washing and putting away clothes is out of the question. I figure I will call the hospital for a maternity ward tour in a couple of weeks. I am not having a baby shower, so I really don't have any thing besides the travel system yet. I am registered 2 places, and family will help us out as much as they can but its on us to get just about everything (on one income, and no health insurance to boot, so it's hard) I just don't know what I should focus on now and what can wait a few more weeks. Any tips?
