I have 2 questions for you ladies....

You would think with this being my third that I would know the answers to these questions, but I don't.  So......

Can someone please explain lighting crotch to me......I am feeling a lot of pain pressure down there.  Never felt this with my other two. 

And.....

BH- if I had them before I never noticed them.  But I have noticed that lately, I am getting a tightening in my belly but also a tightness in my chest (kind of hard to breathe) and my heart starts racing.  It only last a few seconds and it doesn't hurt, but feels like what I would think a panic attack would feel like.  Are these BH?
