Silly Question...

So I know this sounds silly but I keep thinking about it- I think I am getting a cold and have been sneezing a lot the past few days. Now I'm the type of person that has a very hard and loud sneeze where my whole body kinda shakes and everytime I know I'm going to sneeze I tense up to try and lessen the impact, I guess, and I feel like I'm joseling this little guy all over the place! Sneezing can't hurt LO can it?
