Thyroid maybe?

After DD was born I had a brief period of hyperthyroidism. It hasn't been ongoing and if anything I almost felt that I could have possibly had hypo before getting pregnant this time. Anyhow, I've been feeling extra jittery, light-headed and nauseous over the last couple of days (same symptoms I had w/hyper diagnosis). I've lost a couple of pounds over the weekend and I also checked my heart rate this morning and it was over 130. I go to OB in the morning, so I plan on talking to her about all this- just curious as to whether anyone else here has had similar experiences?
