I lost my glucose test instructions!

I have my glucose test tomorrow and I lost my instructions! I'm going to call them first thing in the morning, but I worry I won't be able to get through in time. Are the directions pretty universal?

I remember they said I could eat a light breakfast, and I'm pretty sure they said drink it and get here within 30 minutes. Can I just drink it on the car ride over? Does it have to be consumed within a certain time frame (I would assume so)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
