Three hour glucose test - info needed (xp)

Hey ladies! I'm jumping over a week early to ask a quick question. I have my three hour glucose test tomorrow and was just wondering if anyone had any tips. Should I have a midnight snack or will that mess up my fasting numbers? I'm worriesd about not having anything to eat until noon! I get such bad headaches now if I wait too long to eat. Did the drink make you sick? My one hour drink did not effect me. I'm just hoping it isn't going to be as bad as I'm imagining!!
