Thoughts of labor makes me weepy.... Wtf?!

Every time I start thinking about going into labor it makes me well up. I'm not entirely sure why. I am a ftm- and honestly have not been "loving" pregnancy. I'm not terribly concerned about the pain....

Anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts on why?
