Subchronic bleed success stories..Please share them with me!

I'm in 1st trimester, and a few days ago I spent hours in the ER for what I thought was a miscarriage, but it turns out it was a subchronic bleed and the baby is fine. Do any of you have success stories you can share with me to make me feel a little more at ease. Thank you so much!
