Nursery Help (PIP)

I want to put up my name letters in DD's room. Should I place them over the crib (picture is taken from the door) or put them above the dresser (to the left of the entrance of the nursery). I have a decal that will go in the opposite place.

Also whatever I put about the crib, will it look stupid if it is in center, but the crib is pushed to wall? (Do I make sense)?
