Tummy time

My LO is 1.5 weeks adjusted. I was doing tummy time fairly consistently in the first few weeks at home. I'm finding it hard to find a good time though since he sleeps most of the time. If I do it right after he wakes from a nap he is fussy and hungry, I don't do it right after nursing because he'll spit up a ton and if i wait much longer he's asleep. Any suggestions? Is it a big deal that I haven't been very good about it lately?
