Panic Attack..

So I got a first taste of a panic attack re: labor today..DD was moving around like crazy kicking me and it would not stop..Then I had BH contractions like maybe 3-4 at a time..All I could think was, "the room is not done yet, my hospital bag is not packed"..lol..and I'm at work in NYC--my worst nightmare for going into labor..

Things have since calmed down but whoa..I can only imagine real labor..
