So over the last week or so, I have been 'snoring'. I use that term loosly, becuase even my hubby who I keep waking up says it doesn't sound like normal snoring.
the only time in my life I have ever snored is when I have a severe sinus infection/cold that affects my breathing (usually to the point where I have to breathe through my mouth).
The snoring seems to be a disruption in my breathing again, like mucus is pooling and blocking my normal breathing patterns or something (sorry if TMI). The problem is that I am already having trouble sleeping due to frequent trips to the bathroom and being uncomfortable in most positions--arm falls asleep (too bad I can't), my 'snoring' is waking me up (allong with DH), almost like sleep apnea.
I was just wondring if anyone else has experienced this. I know the weather was funky last week for our region (80 in March is not normal in Ohio), so I don't know if it is causing this weird issue or not.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
