Legs going numb??

Just today during work my right leg started tingling and going numb.  So i went for a walk.....didnt help.

Its still the same hours later and almost seems a bit swollen (or i could just be fat...haha).  I have done some reading on RLS, but it doesnt seem like that?  I also read an article on sciatica pain, which they say shoots down the back of your legs.  This isnt it either.  No sharp pains just numbness.

Has anyone had this?? if so...what did you d to help it??  Im sure its normal and i plan to mention to my doc on Thursday at my 28w visit.
