My doctors office..

So, I love my doctors office, it's nice and everyone is friendly. But I noticed that so far they haven't asked about family history, etc. I'm 18 weeks now, Tuesday is my ultrasound. I do not have a follow up after the ultrasound, because I was just in the doctors office a few weeks ago, but I have one in a few weeks. Should I write down certain family history and bring up the discussion myself ? My mom got preclampsia when she was pregnant with me, I've had a uncle die of SIDS. And my cousin had asthma really bad as a baby, he was on a monitor until he was 4 months. Just wondering also, when do they start measuring your belly ? I know that may sound like a stupid question lol.
