help with menu for 50

I posted on baby shower board as well. My shower will be at a barn inthe park. It has tables chairs etc. My hostesses gave me two options for the menu. Option A: fried and baked chicken,baked mac&chs,potato salad,green beans,rice&gravy and rolls.Option B: build your own sandwiches different types of deli meats,tuna salad,cheeses, and different breads. Potato and pasta saladfruit and veggie trays deviled eggs and chips.We will have cupcakes and drinks will be lemonade,tea and water for both. They also asked what kind of centerpieces I would likeThey have ordered red&white gingham tablecloths and napkins and red plates.And before I get flammed(lol) this is not my first but did not have a shower with dd due to complications and my hostess want to giveMe one for this baby boy. Although where I'm from they have showers for every baby. Thx in advance
