Gall bladder issues

Okay so my gall bladder is full of stones the surgeon is uncomfortable operating until we give birth and they want me on a no fat diet. I am trying so hard but I'm still getting sick. I want to cry I'm so hungry and I can have so little it seems. If anyone could suggest some good fat free recipes you would be a God send to me.
