2nd Trimester

double-chin!

I've gained 19 pounds and I'm 26 weeks pregnant. The 19 pounds isn't mothering me as much as my new double-chin. (I also have puffy arms even through I work them out all the time). Why the double-chin? Is it bloating/water retention? Is there anything I can do to reduce it while I'm pregnant or do I just have to wait until I give birth? It looks awful!
