I am 24 weeks today. I am having horrible lower back pain and have for the past week now when I'm on my feet for too long. I just had a doctors appointment today so there's no need to worry about preterm labor. I've had the suggestion of pregnancy pool exercise classes but I HATE public pools! I really just don't have the time for an exercise class anyway. I work out, like I always have, in the evenings when I'm done with work, at home. Anyway, has anyone found any other solutions to lower back pain? Back/belly supports, some type of stretch or muscle building exercise move I can do at home? HELP!
