Could it be my umbilical cord??????

So I think when I lay on my back and my tummy goes flatter I can see the umilical cord popping out of the middle of my tummy.  It is right on the top down the middle of my stomach.  Is that what this is or am I losing my mind?  What else could it be.  It is literaly this cord looking long thing going down the middle of my stomach.  I am only 18 weeks so I havent felt the baby kick or anything yet so this is soooo cool to me.....I think!
