appointment this afternoon!

So i have an appointment with my OB this afternoon, just wondering, do they do an ultrasound at each appointment normally or is every doctor different?  I was so used to getting ultrasounds frequently in the beginning because i was seeing an RE, but at my first OB appointment i was dissapointed that they didnt do an ultrasound! I am hoping they do one today
