Huge Mom 2 Mom sale tomorrow!!!

I'm so excited!!! I've never been to one of these so I don't even really know what to expect. DH said that I could buy anything that I wanted to, but I'm not really sure what I should or shouldn't buy. My showers are coming up in 4 weeks but I'm not sure what would be ok to buy and not given I don't know what people are going to get us for the shower. Is anything fair game and just to take it off the registry later or should I just go to look at clothes for me and the babe and leave all the rest of the toys and baby gear alone?
