Sciatica

Anyone else experiencing this? I am currently almost 31 weeks with a high risk pregnancy and if the worrying that my baby is going to come too early, I now have this pain that feels like I am being stabbed everytime I move...  In my previous pregnancy, I had this early on and went to a chiropractor for help but now that I am so far along and with the complications of this pregnancy i don't know if that is an option.... A heating pad temporarily helps but mostly just to lessen the pain.
