XP- Mini chandelier question

I posted this on the nursery board, but haven't gotten a response yet: 

 We are thinking of using a mini chandelier in the nursery, but i am wondering how much light they put out.  Here's one we are considering http://www.target.com/p/Mini-Chandelier-Lavender-12/-/A-10268475  with (3) 25 watt bulbs...that doesn't sound like a lot of light, but i don't know a lot about that kind of thing.  We will also have a lamp in there and i don't like super bright, harsh lighting, but for those of you who have a mini chandelier or know anything about them, is this sufficient lighting for a room?  Thanks!
