Random vaginal twinges/ stabbing sensations, anyone?

I have been experiencing some sort of "stabby" vaginal sensations. They seem to be pretty random and only last for a couple seconds at a time. I noticed they are usually just on one side of my vaginal wall. They are not painful, but just a little alarming. I had my A/S yesterday and the perinatologist said that everything looked good, including my cervix. My placenta is anterior and I can't feel her move much yet, so it's hard to say if these vaginal twinges ay be caused by her kicking my cervix or something. Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance.
