Cervix pain

How many of you have experienced this? It's a sharp pain in my vag, and it feels like someone stabbing me. I have been having it a TON tonight, like every three to four minutes, it doesn't feel like a contraction, but my uterus is hardening with it. How many previous moms have had this and gone into labor fairly quickly?

I'm so ready for this to be over.

(My water broke first last time, so I didn't have contractions first, that's why I'm wondering)
