Face Soap

I just recently read that face wash with salylic acid and benzol peroxide is not safe to use while pregnant. I never even thought to ask or research face wash when I first got pregnant, and I have been using Proactive off and on for many months now. Have any of you moms used face soap with these ingredients in them and have healthy children? Just wondering if it's something I should be worried about.
