Popping noises coming from belly, anyone else?

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this?? When LO moves around my belly sometimes makes these weird cracking/popping noises. It's almost like someone popping their knuckles or other joints. It doesn't hurt me at all but I'm concerned it's hurting the baby. If he's hurt inside how would I know? I don't have a docs appt until next week and I don't get another u/s until 36wks. Would you call the doc?
