Question about C-sections and childbirth class? Ftm

Hello Ladies,  

 I have a question for those of you who have had a c-section or are scheduled to have one.  Are you taking a childbirth class?  I'm not sure if I should spend the money ($165).  My ob confirmed that I am definitely having a scheduled c-section at week 36 or 37. My ob doesn't want me going into labor for fear of my uterus rupturing due to surgery before I got pregnant.  Is it worth it to take the class?   I really wanted to I'm just not sure if it makes sense to now that I'm not going into labor and delivering.
