70% effaced at 32 weeks?

Hello ladies

After a night of pretty uncomfortable BH, I went in to see my midwife today. She said I was 70% effaced but not dilated at all. I'm 32 weeks 2 days. Anyone have any experience with this? If so, how long did it take for you to go into labor? She didn't really seem concerned so I don't know if I should be or not. Also, I'm a FTM. TIA!
