BRU Registry "Rewards" (vent)

I'm not sure if anyone else signed up for the so-called BRU registry rewards, but it is a crock of sh##!  Apparently when you put your rewards number on your registry, then you are supposed to get credit for any item purchased from your registry.  Well, so far I have gotten NO credit for any item purchased and they said that I would need to call BRU 90 days after the event date (my due date) so that they can try and apply the credit then!  Tell me, what is the point of signing up for all of this and attaching the rewards number to your registry if it DOESN'T WORK!  By that time I will have an infant and calling BRU will be the least of my worries.  So much for the rewards of shopping at BRU!
